On first launch, the app walks you through onboarding where you choose your goal type (lose, gain, or maintain weight), enter your current weight, and set a target weight. You can update your goal at any time from Settings.
Tap the log button on the home screen and enter your weight for the day. For best results, weigh yourself at the same time each morning, ideally before eating or drinking.
Daily weight fluctuates naturally due to water retention, meals, and other factors. The trend line uses a weighted moving average to show the true direction your weight is heading, filtering out that noise.
The projected date is based on your current weight trend rate. As you log more data, the projection becomes more accurate. It updates automatically each time you log a new weight.
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored through the App Store.
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete All Data" to permanently remove all your weight logs, goal settings, and history. This action cannot be undone.
No. All your weight data, goal settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using MMKV. Nothing is sent to any server.
Yes. Go to Settings and tap on your goal to update your target weight, goal type, or start over. Your existing weight log history is preserved.
Weight Today supports both kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs). You can change your preferred unit in Settings at any time.
Go to Settings, tap Theme, and choose Light, Dark, or System. System mode automatically follows your device's appearance setting.
