These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Weight Today mobile application ("the App"), developed by Aniol Comas. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Weight Today is a body weight tracking tool that helps you set a weight goal, log your daily weight, and track progress with smart trends and projections. The App is intended for informational and tracking purposes only.

3. Health Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice. All information presented in the App — including weight trend calculations, projections, and any related content — is for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health plan. Do not use this App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or make the App available to third parties in any unauthorized manner.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All weight and goal data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Aniol Comas and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on information presented in the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
